What started as a deep love for slow fermentation and real ingredients became something the whole community could enjoy – a tiny gray-and-yellow shed right here in New Sharon, Iowa, where neighbors stop by for fresh loaves, frosted cinnamon rolls, and a whole lot of joy.
Every loaf is long-fermented, hand-shaped, and baked to order. The muffins are jumbo. The cookies are generous. And everything is made from scratch – no shortcuts, ever.

Our little gray-and-yellow shed is more than a bakery – it’s a neighborhood gathering spot where the smell of fresh bread drifts out on Friday mornings and the shelves never stay full for long.
Everything on those shelves was mixed, shaped, proofed, and baked by hand. Real ingredients, real techniques, a real love for feeding people good food.
